IT Support Opportunity

This position is designed for students currently studying an IT-related degree, diploma, or certification.

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide primary contact support for customer inquiries and technical issues related to corporate IT systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Support customers with technical issues
  • Log and manage user incidents, service, and access requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues
Your Responsibilities and Expectations

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line IT support to end-users in the Asia Pacific region
  • Maintaining documentation, researching issues, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintaining user communication
Key Requirements

  • Currently studying an IT-related degree, certification, or diploma with 18 to 24 months remaining
  • Experience in a customer-centric role
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology
