About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Associate to join our Community & Partnerships team. This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to make a real difference.

This 12-month maternity leave role will see you:

  • Lead brand integrity across digital platforms, print materials, merchandise, and signage.
  • Create compelling content for social media, websites, videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate events and fundraising initiatives that connect with our community.
  • Support internal communications and guide teams on brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating engaging content and building strong relationships.
