We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of a Storeperson in our Perth branch.

As a Storeperson, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks such as picking and packing parts, handling inventory, and managing the movement of goods.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are accurately stored and dispatched, meeting our high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing parts using RF scanners and hand-powered trolleys
  • Unpacking and putting away parts, ensuring they are properly stored and labeled
  • Consigning parts, creating bookings, and arranging transport
  • Delivering parts to internal customers using forklifts or PIV
  • Participating in training and safety meetings, and contributing to general cleaning activities

Requirements:

  • A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential)
  • WA driver's licence
  • The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required
  • Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential - on-the-job training available to suitable applicants
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office - intermediate Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly
