Are you looking for a new challenge in your career? As a Factual Investigator with Procare Group, you will be part of our dynamic and expanding team in Melbourne and across Victoria. This role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.

We are seeking multiple experienced Investigators to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role

  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
  • Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
  • Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You

  • You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
  • You must hold a current Working with Children Check;
  • You must have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • You must have experience conducting TAC investigations;
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You must have strong attention to detail and be self-motivated to meet deadlines.
