Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Technology Risk function, you will play a critical role in driving a proactive risk management capability across our Tribes and Centres of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of all Business As Usual (BAU) technology risk and control activities for supported Tribes across Retail, Technology, COO, Enterprise, Wholesale Banking, and Data.
- Provide advice and challenge on decisions and processes regarding delivered technology risks and enhancement/development of technology controls.
- Manage the Technology operational risk profile and IT control first-line monitoring.
- Monitor and report (where needed) on the health of IT assets and the overall control environment for the Tribes/COEs.
- Stay up-to-date with the threat landscape in Australia and globally to provide insights to our Tribes/COEs.
- Certified in one or more of the following: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM.
- Experience in Risk Management and/or IT Security is essential.
- Knowledge of Banking and relevant External Regulations, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT General Computer Controls (ITGCs), Application-Level Controls, and technical Security Controls from industry frameworks such as NIST and CoBIT.
- Technical understanding of the IT environment, including its architectural direction in context of risk management.
- Experience with the implementation of NFR Framework within business units or Cloud risk is an advantage.
