Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation strategies to safeguard our assets and reputation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management priorities into our broader organizational strategy.
- Lead the coordination of ERM risk mitigation plans with risk stakeholders and owners, and follow up with mitigation strategies.
- Review and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices, including the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Design and execute strategic risk mitigation plans to maintain organizational resilience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in an ERM role or in a consulting organization with ERM as the main subject matter.
- Proven expertise in risk management assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a global perspective and experience in diverse markets.
- Relevant certifications in risk management are highly desirable.
