Training Coordinator Role

Xplor is a cloud-based platform that provides intuitive technology solutions to help small and medium-sized businesses manage their operations.

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will empower administrators to manage their services effectively, improve engagement, and deliver a superior educational experience for families and educators.

About the Opportunity

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for training, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver high-quality training programs for our customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and confidence to use our platform efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and accurate training through webinars, expert hours, and one-on-one sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Curate and enhance external training materials to stay relevant, meet customer requirements, and reflect industry trends.
  • Manage the vertical's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is up-to-date, engaging, and easily accessible.
  • Develop innovative strategies to encourage customers to adopt and leverage Xplor products effectively.
  • Proactively stay informed and maintain expert knowledge of Xplor Education software, including new features and best practices.
Essential Requirements:
  • A background in early childhood education and the childcare sector, or a strong understanding of Xplor software.
  • Experience in software training, including but not limited to CCMS or PES software.
  • Ability to create and deliver captivating training sessions for clients using our software.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of the challenges customers face when learning and adapting to new software while maintaining compliance.
