Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessor Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessor to lead and deliver high-level risk assessments across Australia.

This role requires a strong technical knowledge of environmental frameworks, with a minimum 8+ years in risk assessment roles (consulting or regulator). The successful candidate will be confident working with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and have a collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others.

Key responsibilities include delivering detailed human health and ecological risk assessments for contaminated sites, leading the development of Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) and exposure assessments, interpreting toxicological, site, and exposure data to inform health/ecological risks, reviewing or preparing site-specific risk-based criteria, advising clients, auditors and regulators on site management strategies, supporting business development and proposal writing, and mentoring and training emerging risk assessors within the team.

  • Deliver detailed human health and ecological risk assessments for contaminated sites
