We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focused on Supply Chain Logistics. As a key member of our HR Consulting firm, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting top talent, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge and skills.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Supply Chain Logistics industry.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Assess and sort through applicants to fill open positions effectively.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
