Hotel Cleaner Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated hotel cleaner to join our team. As a hotel cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality. A customer-focused attitude and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to high standards for guest arrivals
  • Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced, and stored correctly
  • Performing basic maintenance, reporting, and coordinating major maintenance requirements
  • Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are maintained
  • Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a drive to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality
  • Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
