Requirements
  • Expertise in teaching and assessment methodologies, skilled at integrating innovative strategies for effective learning outcomes.
  • Current vocational skills and industry knowledge applicable to community services, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), mental health, or Domestic Family Violence (DFV).
  • Leadership in guiding and mentoring colleagues, creating a collaborative learning environment.
  • Adaptability to technological advancements and industry innovations, committed to continuous professional growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills, cultivating strong relationships with students, stakeholders, and external partners.
