We are currently working with a reputable organisation in the Logistics Sector, looking to add additional expertise into the team. This is a newly created position, in order to project manage moving from one system to another whilst ensuring a smooth transition.

Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the system transition project, working with the vendor, implementing optimisation strategies, and driving the inhouse to outsourced as smoothly as possible. This is a newly created position and the opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Specialist looking to take a step away from day-to-day and requires the following:

  • System Integration and transition: Ensuring seamless integration of payroll systems with other business systems from system architecture through to managing the change process with external stakeholders
  • Implement and transition from old system to ADP
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Plan process improvements - people, systems and processes
  • Assist with system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.
  • Ensure smooth payroll functionality alongside the system transition
  • Provide support to the internal and external stakeholders
Skills + Experience
  • Strong understanding of ADP is essential
  • Strong experience in new system integration
  • Experience in a similar project capacity is highly desired
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors, and maintain the system, ensuring a smooth function
  • Understanding of end to end payroll
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirements
  • Strong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders
