Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory frameworks, particularly in privacy, consumer credit, and financial services. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Offering compliance counsel to business units, responding to ad-hoc requests, and collaborating with teams on projects with regulatory implications.
  • Evaluating marketing materials and customer communications for compliance.
  • Incident Management: assessing incidents against regulatory requirements, including consumer credit and privacy.
  • Reporting: contributing to the preparation of reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Your expertise in Financial Services regulation, understanding of relevant laws and industry standards, and experience in providing compliance advice will be invaluable assets to our organization.


About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of Financial Services regulatory knowledge, with proficiency in consumer credit and privacy regulations.
  • Experience in internal and external reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • A proven track record of 5 years or more in providing compliance advice on the regulatory framework applicable to financial services firms, including reviewing marketing and customer communication materials and managing compliance incidents.
