Are you looking for a challenging role in quality assurance? As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a Quality Check framework, developing and facilitating training material, and providing guidance to analysts.
A key focus of the role is understanding Know Your Customer Policy and Anti-Money Laundering guidelines to ensure compliance with local and head office policies. You may also be involved in supporting remediation and improvement initiatives across various teams.
The successful candidate will have experience performing Customer Due Diligence and/or Transaction Monitoring activities, sound knowledge of the financial services industry, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Job Description:- Implement and execute a Quality Check framework
- Develop and facilitate training material
- Provide guidance to analysts
- Conduct quality control on CDD and ECDD reviews
- Identify areas of operational and procedural deficiencies
- Collate quality control data and report findings
- Assist in the monthly quality assurance process
- Experience performing Customer Due Diligence and/or Transaction Monitoring activities
