Job Overview

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide leadership and coaching to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of quality resident outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective practice, while adhering to policy and procedure guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. A thorough understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, and assessment processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to clinical teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective practice.
  • Ensure adherence to policy and procedure guidelines, including IPC and quality standards.
Requirements
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, and assessment processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
