Barista/All Rouser Opportunity

Our family-run cafe in Schofields seeks a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced barista/all rouser to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include operating an espresso machine, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Additional duties may include food preparation, cash handling and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience as a barista;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends;
  • Australian work authorization (or willing to obtain).

Working hours: 20-30 hours per week. Salary: $21.46 - $35.70 per hour. Location: In person at Schofields, NSW 2762.
