
Director of Strategic Sales

Senior directors lead the sales and delivery of risk and dispute solutions in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands.
The role involves collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to develop and scale risk, identity, and dispute solutions. Additionally, it includes partnering with local account executives to drive sales with local clients.
This strategic sales leader will work closely with other functions, including consulting and analytics teams, and other sales teams to understand client pain points and address them.
The position also involves crafting a comprehensive narrative that enhances market presence and drives growth in the Risk and Dispute VAS business across the cluster.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a pipeline and negotiate long-term commercial outcomes for the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance for a team of sales and solutioning professionals.
- Lead the commercialization and go-to-market execution for new solutions in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.
- Advocate and educate internal and external stakeholders about the benefits of risk, identity, and dispute solutions.
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for risk, identity, and dispute services.
- Drive continuous innovation and revenue growth through disciplined iteration of short-term opportunities and long-term big bets.
- Develop and maintain retention strategies to minimize attrition risk.
- Link risk, identity, and dispute solutions with other Visa solution domains and client segments.
- Represent the local cluster in regional and global forums and initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates should have 15 or more years of relevant experience, with expertise in commercial sales or client engagement with financial institutions and payments. A strong commercial mindset and ability to think creatively are essential.
High energy, motivated team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is ideal, although equivalent practical experience may be considered.
