Procurement Manager Position

This role involves delivering exceptional service management, ongoing cost savings and added value for the client.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for account management and product delivery for digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums and displays production.

The position requires a strong understanding of all print production processes and excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies. Strong communication, inter-personal and customer facing skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement and project coordination of all printing requirements – digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums & display materials
  • Providing technical support in resolving technical problems
  • Assuming full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery
  • Regular liaison with clients and suppliers regarding production schedules;
  • Attending supplier meetings and managing relationships

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in procuring digital, offset commercial printing, visual merchandising, premiums and point of sales material.

Requirements include:

  • Strong understanding of all prepress and commercial printing processes
  • Credibility at all levels within client, partner and agency organisations
  • A dynamic yet detail-oriented outlook
