Crawford & Company is seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team in Bendigo. As a Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in restoring and enhancing lives, businesses, and communities affected by natural disasters and catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site inspections to ascertain the cause and extent of damage
- Appoint trades and other relevant specialists to provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience
- Communicate clearly and accurately with customers and clients throughout the claim journey
- Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims
- Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster (highly desirable)
- Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred, or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry
- Trade qualifications would be advantageous
- Current and valid driver's licence
