Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian solutions. This includes defining and enforcing architecture and development best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, guiding and mentoring developers, driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software development experience, including 4-5 years in Appian. They should also have 1-2 years of leadership or senior developer experience, a strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS, excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills, and Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred.
