Job Description

The Client Service Manager is a key role that entails the effective execution of sales and admission functions, as well as promoting the Arcare brand and fostering relationships with key referrers in the region. The primary objectives include achieving maximum occupancy, Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, and improving Arcare's market position while providing support to the Victorian State Manager - Client Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct residential tours and provide insight into the company's values and relationship-centered model of care
  • Negotiate with families to achieve favourable financial outcomes
  • Prepare Resident Agreements prior to admission
  • Ensure data accuracy on the CRM system
  • Liaise with Residence Managers regarding admissions and presentation of the residence
  • Timely reporting of activities and initiatives to the Victorian State Manager - Client Services
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales (and/or) Customer Service positions
  • Demonstrated experience in business development
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care
  • A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision
