About the Position

We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to provide support services at home and in the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks
  • Transport clients as required
  • Perform shopping duties
  • Provide personal care
  • Foster companionship and social interaction
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Aid in accessing community facilities and events

Essential Qualifications

  • Possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Hold a minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability or related field
  • Hold a current Driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Undergo a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check
  • Will to transport clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs
