About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to a paediatric caseload, delivering direct, family-based and community-based support for developmental delays and disabilities
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support
  • Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure delivery of high-quality services

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and relevant registration
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities to help each client achieve goals and participate meaningfully in their community
  • Exceptional communication skills to work in culturally diverse environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Commitment to making a difference with therapy that is fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families
  • Experience working with children and adolescents and comfort working with families
  • Compliance: Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS worker screening; First Aid; Driver's license and vehicle
