Early Start Australia is a leading provider of evidence-based early intervention and therapy services, committed to delivering high-quality care to over 28,000 families across our 46 clinics nationwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in Penrith, working across a combination of clinic and mobile services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and adolescents, providing evidence-based assessments and therapy to support developmental delays and disabilities.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with individuals with disabilities, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that are fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families.

  • Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload, delivering direct, family-based and community-based support for developmental delays and disabilities
  • Conduct assessments and intervention sessions across a mixed-age caseload, collaborate in a multidisciplinary context to achieve quality, evidence-based outcomes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support
