Disability Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced support worker to provide high-intensity support to our clients in their day-to-day lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities or aged care, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

About the Position

You will be responsible for providing support with personal care, manual handling, domestic assistance, driving and community access, and companionship. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Personal Attributes

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene. You will also require professionalism, discretion, understanding, and respect in relation to the client and family.

Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Aged, Disability, Individual Support or other relevant qualification, with a minimum of 6 months paid work experience in a similar role. They will also need to have bowel care experience, current CPR and First Aid Certificate, own reliable transport, and hold a current NDIS Worker Screening card.
