Job Summary:

  • This role is for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Transaction Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert transaction strategy and execution services. This includes acquisitions, renewals, disposals, commercial negotiations, and transaction advisory.

You will be responsible for local market engagement, market intelligence, financial analysis, business case modeling, RFP coordination, transaction close-out, and client invoicing.

As a key member of our team, you will interact with internal stakeholders, including Lease Admin and Facilities Management, and provide input into special projects and strategic real estate initiatives.

About You:

  • You have experience in a similar client-focused role within commercial real estate.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can adapt your style to suit various stakeholders.
  • You are commercially astute, detail-focused, and able to analyze numbers and lead multiple projects.
  • You have a solutions-focused approach, problem-solving skills, and a cohesive, communicative style.
