Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality early learning and care.

Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.

Use and implement best practice guides to ensure excellence in all areas of centre operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, as well as being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
