Windscreen Fitter Apprenticeship Opportunity

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a supportive team.
  • A full qualification will be achieved within 2-3 years through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Competency-based remuneration ensures fair compensation for your skills and hard work.
  • We encourage our apprentices to continue their employment with us after completing their training.
Responsibilities
  • Complete the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our comprehensive development program.
  • Learn the skills required to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
  • Undertake glass chip repairs to achieve a high standard of quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver services in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with hand tools, is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles is essential.
  • Self-awareness, a desire for ongoing personal growth, and a commitment to achieving results are highly valued.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, are also essential.
