About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Your main responsibilities will include managing project risk, quality, and progress to meet organizational standards and deadlines. You will also serve as a trusted business partner for key stakeholders and support business improvement initiatives.

This is a maximum-term position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring outcomes meet business objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders to align on project goals, manage expectations, and deliver results.
  • Lead small project teams, coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Develop, negotiate, and oversee contracts or project agreements.
  • Proactively manage project risks and apply best practices to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Control costs, adhere to schedules, and maintain project scope and quality.
  • Implement change management strategies to meet evolving project needs.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, including metrics on schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Apply relevant project management methodologies for structured project execution.
Requirements
  • Relevant project management certifications and experience in complex environments.
  • Experience leading small project teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Experience implementing change management strategies.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports on project progress.
