Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a part-time Kinder Assistant role.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with young children and support our teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, including PE, Art, Craft, Music, and Creative Movement.

You will assist with hands-on activities, classroom setup and cleanup, and contribute to memorable experiences such as excursions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has experience working with young children.

The successful candidate will be required to set up the Kinder space on Monday mornings, requiring an early start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist with hands-on activities and classroom setup and cleanup
  • Contribute to memorable experiences such as excursions
  • Set up the Kinder space on Monday mornings

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (desired)
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for working in an early childhood setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
