We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. Reporting to the automation, underground mining specialist and maintenance service teams, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, controlling, and completing projects while aligning with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and outcomes.
  • Plan and manage the overall execution of automation and new technology product deployments at customers' sites.
  • Plan, direct, manage, and evaluate all aspects of projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within defined time frames and within budget plans.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and foster strong working relationships with local and internationally based stakeholders to optimize project execution.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient mobilization processes.
  • Manage project quality and play a leadership role in maximizing quality in projects and services.
  • Ensure appropriate resources and expertise are available to deliver projects. Manage the efficient use of equipment, site facilities, purchasing, and resources for projects.
  • Manage, support, and direct project teams.
  • Identify quality requirements for projects, assign delegations, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Delivery experience, preferably within the technology/automation space.
  • Experience running teams in asset management is desirable.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills.
  • Experience in risk management and change management.
  • Experience in the delivery of R&D or technology-focused projects is preferred.
  • Contract negotiation experience.
  • Able to tolerate stress and uncertainty.
