The role of Project Manager at Epiroc is a key position within the organization, requiring a strong leader to coordinate, implement, control, and complete projects while maintaining alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

  • Define project scope, goals, and outcomes
  • Plan and manage the overall execution of the deployment of automation and new technology products at customers' sites
  • Plan, direct, manage, and evaluate all aspects of the project to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the defined time frame and within budget
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and foster and maintain strong working relationships with local and internationally based stakeholders to optimize project execution
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure a safe and efficient mobilization process
  • Manage project quality, playing a leadership role in maximizing quality in projects and services
  • Ensure appropriate resources and expertise are available to deliver the project, managing the efficient use of equipment, site facilities, purchasing, and resources for the project
  • Manage, support, and direct the project team
  • Identify quality requirements for the project, assign delegations, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery, preferably within the technology/automation space, as well as demonstrated team leadership skills, experience in risk management and change management, and experience in delivery of R&D or technology-focused projects.
