About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Manager at Central Coast Local Health District.

This is a critical role that requires a strong background in managing administrative services, developing and implementing systems to support the delivery of clinical services, and providing senior-level administrative assistance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational support and facility management services across our headspace Platform sites, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage healthcare information systems and ensure accurate and timely recording of all service data.
  • Generate data reports for service monitoring and performance reporting purposes.
  • Lead and support the headspace Administration Team to operate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement systems to support the effective delivery of clinical services.
  • Provide senior-level administrative assistance, including strong written and verbal communication abilities, advanced proficiency in desktop software and data management systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum Tertiary Bachelor Degree qualification or relevant experience managing administrative services.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • A proactive mindset in identifying issues and finding effective, resource-efficient solutions.
