We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Aged Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day provision of clinical care, ensuring that all customer care, assessment, and documentation requirements are met.
- Lead and educate staff to ensure that quality care services are provided to meet the daily needs of customers.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice in aged care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care, preferably in a clinical leadership role.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of aged care services.
- Learning and development experience, including undertaking staff competency assessments.
