Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our diverse Clinical Education team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering educational programs in an aged care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs to staff working in a 24/7 environment across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Education team to achieve education outcomes and support career pathway programs.
  • Use creative skills to design and implement clinical learning strategies that meet the needs of our organisation.
  • Ensure compliance to aged care standards and regulations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current or working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and support staff.
  • Current Driver's License.
