Job Title: Senior Distribution Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the distribution services division in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for sales, contract management, spare parts, and warranty services.
  • Collaborate with other domain leaders to ensure aligned operations and resource sharing.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders up to senior management at customers and vendors in the region.
  • Create business opportunities with distribution customers and grow the overall service business.
  • Ramp-up new service contracts and implement life cycle plans for key customers.
  • Handle escalations of incidents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of international service management experience.
  • Strong people management skills, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to develop supplier and customer relationships.
  • Background in automated handling systems or system integration.
  • Experience working with third-party service providers.
  • Knowledge of service contracts is advantageous.
  • Educational background: Technical / Commercial Master's degree.
  • Customer focus and strong service mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC and HQ (approximately 40%).
