Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction supervisor to join our team. This is a mid-senior level role that will involve leading a small team and subcontractors on various civil construction projects across Moreton Bay.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a leading hand or similar role, with a strong background in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks. They will be able to read and interpret construction plans, deliver projects to agreed outcomes, and possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a small team of construction workers and subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
  • Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinating and supervising the use of plant and machinery on site
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a leading hand or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
  • Able to work at heights and confined spaces
