Job Title: Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our teams in delivering high-quality civil construction projects across the Moreton Bay Region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in civil construction, with experience in leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
