Global Mobility Coordinator Role

This role entails overseeing the coordination and execution of global fleet movements and project mobilizations across the AUSPAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the movement of fleet handled by nominated freight forwarders into and out of the AUSPAC region, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
  • Issue Requests for Quotations to freight forwarders for fleet movement to and from overseas for projects and base business, and work with nominated providers to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Manage contracts and perform periodic reviews of contract hire transport as necessary.
  • E nsure third-party providers adhere to all customer and safety standards.
  • Optimize activity coordination for the overall benefit of customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international transport operations.
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, particularly Microsoft software and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated focus on delivering customer satisfaction with a strong sense of urgency and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
