Key Responsibilities
  • Assist staff in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs for young parents and vulnerable youth.
  • Support the organisation of transport for clients, including driving the government vehicle.
  • Assist in the case management of clients in a health and education setting.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support services.
  • Provide information and support to clients to ensure their successful participation in programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance program delivery.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young parents and vulnerable youth. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain confidentiality. No formal educational or vocational qualifications are required for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the field.
