About This Role
We are seeking a professional to provide customer services and support to people contacting our free helpline service, the TAFE and Training Line. The successful candidate will deliver current and accurate information and advice to the public about skills, training and post-secondary pathways and training options in Victoria.
- Providing information and advice to the public
- Handling enquiries and complaints using our systems and engagement tools
- Working collaboratively as part of a small service delivery team
The role involves supporting whole-of-Victorian-government strategic policy projects, advising on policy settings for the efficient and effective operation of the Skills and TAFE sector, and providing high-level strategic advice to inform government decision-making.

- Candidates must have strong customer focus, verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
