We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Non-Financial Risk Remediation team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Remediation Managers in delivering exceptional remediation outcomes for clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing your own workflow, and providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding and supporting external financial Licensees with requests for customer information and advice documentation, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders to source and extract the requested information.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience within the wealth management or financial advice sector
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual targets while ensuring accurate delivery of stakeholder enquiries and instructions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management, decision making, and prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and able to influence and problem solve
