We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an integral part of our residential aged care program, you will play a vital role in supporting older individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Current physiotherapy or occupational therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff, to deliver personalized support and services to residents. You will be involved in a range of activities, including:

  • Supporting mobility and functional programs
  • Assisting with restorative therapy
  • Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
