Job Description

Embark on a fulfilling career with The Salvation Army. As a job coach, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers to employment and transition into the workforce.

Your daily tasks will include conducting appointments, setting goals, referring participants to internal and external services, marketing employment opportunities, providing post-placement support, and more. The best part of this role is supporting participants throughout their journey and sharing in the positivity that employment brings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Overcoming objections and breaking down barriers for people with disabilities
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving business targets and KPIs
  • Comfortable operating within a government framework and making decisions aligned with Department guidelines
