We are a well-established team of physiotherapists dedicated to keeping seniors mobile, safe, and happy. Our goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a fully registered physiotherapist to join our team as a mobile community physiotherapist. As a member of our team, you will work with senior clients (65+) in their own homes, helping them to rediscover the joy of movement, improve their confidence, and achieve personal health goals that are meaningful to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify what is important to your client
  • Develop meaningful goal plans in collaboration with the client
  • Provide targeted, client-centered therapy
  • Celebrate with clients once they achieve their goal
  • Liaise with clients, families, carers, case managers, and health professionals to ensure everyone is up to date on progress
Requirements
  • Physiotherapy Degree
  • Full AHPRA Registration
  • Valid 'Aged Care' police check
  • Valid Drivers licence
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
  • Strong communication skills/high empathy
  • Ability to have fun and be a part of a close-knit team
