Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Service Delivery Manager. As the primary point of contact for service-related matters, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supervising and motivating a team of technical professionals, and overseeing the resolution of incidents and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships
  • Lead and motivate a team of technical specialists
  • Manage the resolution of service disruptions and issues
  • Maintain service level agreements and ensure their achievement
  • IDentify and mitigate potential risks to service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, particularly in Network or Cloud-based solutions
  • Able to manage multiple large-scale accounts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Clients-focused with excellent communication skills
