Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our employment services team in Cranbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful teams, with experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including management at all levels, and planning, managing and monitoring outcomes, targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the employment services site.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees to ensure high-quality services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage successful teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships.
