Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with business objectives, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Lead the design and integration of Databricks solutions for Core Data Platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solution architectures across current, transitional, and future states.
  • Mentor architects and analysts while contributing to architectural standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally within financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in IT and 3+ years in architecture or design roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs, with experience architecting using cloud-based data platforms.
  • Background in software design, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks, with TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with ability to work across multiple squads, balancing business outcomes and technical depth.
