Job Title: Airport Operations Manager
">Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our team at Sydney Domestic Airport. The successful candidate will inspire and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations and performance with accountability, driving sales through strong leadership and goal setting, building a positive and respectful team culture, and ensuring all visual and presentation standards are on point.

- Lead a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers;
- Capture and build a talented pool of leaders who can advance in their careers within the company;
- Enhance sales growth by developing effective strategies and tactics that meet business objectives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth daily operations;
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, a polished and professional presence, and a positive attitude.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven ability to inspire, coach, and empower team members, flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends), and valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
