Job Role Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our busy commercial team as an Assistant Account Executive.

This key role involves supporting experienced Account Managers with renewals, new business submissions, and client correspondence.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues, preparing and processing policy documentation, certificates of currency, and invoices.

  • Policy Administration: Supporting Account Managers with policy administration, including renewals, new business submissions, and client correspondence.
  • Documentation Management: Preparing and processing policy documentation, certificates of currency, and invoices.
  • Liaising with Insurers: Liaising with insurers on quotes, renewals, and client queries.
  • Claims Assistance: Assisting with claims lodgement and funding applications.
  • Client Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and compliant client records.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant Account Executive or similar role.
  • Tier 1 certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Sunrise and SCTP software is also beneficial.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong processing skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
